All Company Type
Overview
The All Type page displays all configured company types in the system. It provides an Advanced Search panel for filtering, and a Company Type table showing each type's name, description, status, and available actions.
Navigate to: Administration > Entity > Company Type > All Type

Advanced Search
| Filter Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Type Name | Text | Search by the name of the company type |
| Status | Dropdown | Filter by status: Active or Inactive. Default is Active |

Company Type Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| SL NO | Serial number / row index |
| Type Name | Name of the company type (e.g. Non-Profit, Corporation, LLC) |
| Description | Optional description of the company type |
| Status | Current status badge — Active (teal) or Inactive (grey) |
| Action | ✏️ Edit — opens the type for editing / 🗑️ Delete — removes the type |
Actions
➕ Add New Company Type
Click the + button on the top-right of the Company Type header bar to navigate to the New Type form.
✏️ Edit a Company Type
Click the pencil (✏️) icon in the Action column of any row to open that type's record for editing.
🗑️ Delete a Company Type
Click the trash (🗑️) icon in the Action column to delete the company type.
!!! warning "Deleting a Company Type" Deleting a company type that is already assigned to one or more companies may cause data inconsistency. Ensure no companies are using the type before deleting it.
Step-by-Step: How to Search for a Company Type
- Go to Administration → Entity → Company Type → All Type
- In the Advanced Search panel, enter a Type Name or select a Status
- Click the 🔍 Search button
- The table updates to show matching results
- To clear filters and view all types, click the ↺ Reset button
